birthday

Friends met this noon to celebrate my birthday. It is actually tomorrow but getting everyone together was easier today. We ordered lots o'stuff and consumed it all. Yumm!

Little Panda has some new dishes and maybe a new dim sum chef or the old guy just wants to expand his range. There are new things on the menu that are extremely tasty.

On the coast my nephew still cannot reopen the restaurant he manages because there is no power. However their food trucks are out and about in Hoboken. They just cook until they run out of food.

Mary said they are being told it may be another two weeks before power returns. Maybe they should head to the VT camp. Running water, power and a shower. Heat is still only a fireplace but they have more wood and could easily get more.
